You didn’t say what zone you are in but here in Missouri we reseed all winter and before spring rains treat for grubs, beetles, fleas and ticks! It’s a Never ending battle as peeps continue to build closer together and doing a Healthy burn off is just not possible for many folks. Also depends on what type of grasses you are using! I suggest checking with your area conservation dept and try to plant Native Grasses as they’re Sooo Much easier to care for!
