I think you just need to pick colors you like. Pastels are of course big for spring so pick light colors that are your favorite And blend a few of them. Curtains can be expensive so I would go with something neutral that matches your room. Consider what type. Thermal/lined to keep heat and cold out? Are they just wanted to look pretty and frame the window? A pretty linen or sheer might be nice. Are they for privacy?
it is your abode so go for what makes you happy. After all you will be looking at it the longest so try out small areas and test them all out snd go for the one you like most
light, airy colors, yellows, pinks, whites, pale blues, - what ever works for you basic color scheme.
