How do I clean patio that is discolored with dog urine & plant growth

Our patio is covered with a synthetic rubber that was beautiful when installed. However, over the years, the dog has used certain places to do her business which has cause it to discolor; also some of the plants have grown over the edges causing it to turn black. How can I get these stains out. Thanks

I agree about a pressure washer. Sweep it clean first, and spot treat with Simple Green cleaner with a stiff brush. After giving it a chance to work, power wash it. Use a pressure washer with straight Clorox. It will clean as good as new!
