Hiding a waterless water-heater on bathroom wall

The waterless-water heater hits on the wall, and the pedestal sink sits below it. The tupes and wires hang down over the faucets. It needs to be covered, yet able to vent and move for yearly inspections. I am thinking of getting a small cabinet sink and setting it in front of where the tubes hand down--and building a small back cabinet to elongate the cabinet. Then if I could cover the water-heater and put a mirror on it--it'd be useful and pretty.
Here is a pix of what it kind of looks like, except my pipes go up--and the sink is smash up under it against the wall.... HELP!

You may want to get the dimensions and look for a premade cabinet that could be set over it. You could then put the mirror inside the door, on the door, or take the door off and mount the mirror on it. There may be just the right thing at a store that recycles for Habitat for Humanity that may be near you.

You could always paint the pipes the wall color to help them blend into the wall. You could make a shallow box to cover the pipes up to the ceiling and paint and decorate it as you wish. I would not cover the water heater part too tightly, it will need air to circulate.

Maybe make a box to fit over the water heater. You can glue a mirror on the box or put a painting on it. Paint your pipes to match the walls.
