How do you clean dirty bathroom tile, making sure grout is clean also.

I use Zep cleaner and a green scrubbing pad.

Any bathroom cleaner, grout brush, scrubbie pad & elbow grease. No “ easy” way to do it. Once cleaned, use a squeegee to keep it wiped dry.

You’ve heard it before, but a paste of vinegar and baking soda is about the best cleaner. Rinse the floor and dry it. If you want the grout even lighter, after the floor has been cleaned, mix baking soda and either bleach or hydrogen peroxide and scrub the grout with an old toothbrush. Rinse and dry that, and your floor is as bright as it will ever be. ☺️

I would make a solution of equal parts water and vinegar to clean the tiles. To clean the grout, I recommend a product called Oxy Clean Max Force. Do a test sample first. Then use an old toothbrush to scrub it into the grout. Let it set for 15 or 20 minutes and then wipe clean with damp towel. Everything will be nice and clean afterwards. Best of luck to you.
