Urine stain- help!

I have hardwood floors and 2 dogs who have had accidents.
Stains will not come off and finish is gone in one area. Other than sanding and refinishing, is there some miracle out there?

Sincerely doubt that sanding and refinishing will restore your floor. You need to contact a hardwood flooring professional and seek their opinion on what it will take to get your floor back to like new.

It would be worth trying Howard's Restore-a-Finish.

It may not work 100%, but I'm positive it will help ... and positive it won't hurt.

Plus, it's an easy, inexpensive thing to try before calling out professionals or dragging out heavy tools.

So you need is a soft cloth and fine steel wool.

We had water damage (not urine) on some small areas near an outside door. The flooring company where we bought the hardwood was able to replace the damaged boards with matching ones and make the area look as good as new.
