Is it too late to plant bulbs in the flower bed?

    not really, I have done this with some success depending on the flower. daffodil, hyacinth, tulips will flower no problem.

    Demand's on your planting zone. Call or go to your Home depot or gardening center. Western Gardening is a good book to buy.

    You don't say where you live. If you have any cold weather the bulbs may not have enough time before the bulb may establish itself. Many do need cold before they will come up and flower, that is why spring bulbs are planted in the fall before the frost and freeze weather hits.

    Depends on the bulbs. It is too late for daffodils, crocus, and tulips, but summer bloomers may be planted now: glads, lilies, etc

    No, but late winter is getting late. If the bulbs are cold when you put them in the ground, you will have more success. ☺️

    No but they may not do as well this spring but look forward to next year!
