I LOVE spray paint projects. My problem: the cleanup! How can I get spray paint off my hands after crafting? Thanks!!
Try putting dawn dish soap on the spot and let sit, repeat as necessary. Heavy stains i leave overnight.
See if this helps.

For pots and pans, I poured enough white vinegar into the pot to cover the bottom, (generally about an inch), and set out in the sun for a few hours. May not get it out 100%, but it will certainly improve it. I have one enamel on cast iron pot that I use specifically use for recipes that call for tumeric or curry so that not all my cookware has funky stains.
Turmeric, saffron, and chili powder are just a few of the spices that will stain porous bowls and some pots. The oil in what seems like dry spices helps the spices bond with the marble, for instance. I think it is only on tv where cooks and chefs have stainless spotless cooking utensils. But if the stains really bother you, clean the utencils with a scrubbing cleanser like baking soda, Ajax or Barkeepers Helper. Then rub the utensils with vinegar or lemon juice, or dilute the vinegar with the rest of the potful of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the stove. In either case, let the utensils sit overnight, rinse and clean again with hot water. Wipe out the utensils with paper towels or a soft cloth. This is probably as close to new as you are going to get. And wood utensils are not likely to ever become stain free. Enjoy your cooking! ☺️
