How to remove wall paper.

If the plaster comes away, don’t use a steamer! I use warm water with a squirt of dishwashing liquid. Soak well, then use a scraper - it should come off.

Did you try making scores into the wallpaper and spray with warm water and a drop soap before? If that doesn’t work either then I would say liquid stripper. I used a heat gun in an old house on old wall paper. Scrap off as you heat, worked well. Also sprayed warm soapy water on paper, let sit then scrapped off
