We’re they palms? They do need the dead fronds cut off, but they will come back.

You can just wait for warmer months, they should bounce back!
They look like Phormiums, just gently pull away the leaves that are dead and it should hopefully come back if the crowns weren't damaged by the snow - good luck!

Remove the dead fronds and give them an opportunity to bounce back. It appears like they suffered from freezing weather. Just remember when cold freezing weather comes back, you will need to cover them to protect against frost.
