Cut back or pull up these plants?

I don’t know the name of these but they were
hit by the crazy Charleston snow 2018.
Can I expect them to come back or just remove?
Anyone know the name and/or how to maintain these plants?

Cannot really distinguish from the photo....wait it out and see if they bounce back.Do not cut them right now
We’re they palms? They do need the dead fronds cut off, but they will come back.
Just cut them back; they'll return. Hallelujah!
You can just wait for warmer months, they should bounce back!
They look like Phormiums, just gently pull away the leaves that are dead and it should hopefully come back if the crowns weren't damaged by the snow - good luck!

Remove the dead fronds and give them an opportunity to bounce back. It appears like they suffered from freezing weather. Just remember when cold freezing weather comes back, you will need to cover them to protect against frost.
