You can touch up with a small bottle of appliance epoxy touch up paint of the same color or you can use a crayon of the same color to fill in cracks.
Are the cracks in a location where you can move something over it to hide it?

I had success with acrylic craft paints.... those little , 2 ounce, inexpensive paints. You can mix with other tones, to get what you want.
