Easy peasy. Use cedar or plastic decking like trex. Butt end the corners so you screw the flat side of the long side board into the the end of the short side. Make sure you pilot drill a hole for your screw in the short board so you don’t crack it when you screw into it. You can stack them for deeper garden by buying the metal plates with holes for screws and placing on the insides attaching the top board to bottom and using screws about an inch long and screw in from outside.
Just be sure not to sure something like railroad ties which are treated with a toxic chemical. They are great for landscaping but don't use where you plan to grow food.
