Have a vintage trailer 14 ft long. Would like to use something different on the floors besides wood. Tile is to heavy. Thought about paper bag. Any ideas?

Try the luxury vinyl plank tiles home depot lowe's. The ones that are glued to each other NOT glued to the floor. Trafficmaster Allure is one of the brands. EZ for a diy er.

for a trailer you need a floor that will flex a bit. Most of the rv, camper-units I’ve toured when trying to decide which one to get have wood look sheet goods, or old fashioned Lino.

I know it's a dirty word but how about carpet?

Sheet vinyl. Cheap, easy to install yourself, water proof and a huge variety of colors/patterns.

Do not use carpet, it is very hard to keep clean. Remember what you might track into your RV, water, mud, things get spilled very easily. I have owned two RVs and have found that having something on the floor that is very easy to clean up is best, do not use paper products. I always go back to a linoleum is probably this best and easiest to clean, that is why manufacturers use that.

You could investigate cork flooring. It's flexible, durable, and easy on bare feet.
