Can i make cast aluminum shine?

I have two cast aluminum legs, I'd like to shine them up, but I don't have a Polish wheel! Just wondering if anyone has any ideas that might help. TY for your time.

This seems to be your answer, it really made the metal shine!
I have seen videos where people have used crumpled up aluminum foil to not only shine chrome table and chair legs, but to actually remove any surface rust from them. They looked brand new afterwards. I hope it works for you.
