try full strength "Awesome" brand household cleaner from the dollar tree. My friend's dad from small town Kennett, MO introduced me to it and I have cleaned up things that had been stained "no matter what" for years. You still need to use some elbow grease but the stuff is simply amazing. You will want to be careful about breathing too much of it when in an enclosed area, doesn't seem like it would be but I've found it can be hard to breathe.

Lots of patience and many applications of cleaner usually necessary.
It is mercurachrome (from mercury) check out Google - lots of different stain removal hacks in Ludington ammonia, vinegar ( don't use together!!!) I also like non-chlorine bleach for most stains. Good luck, I hope one of these will work!
have you tried hydrogen peroxide.
Try Spot Shot. My fav carpet stain remover. Blue can with orange lid.
