Flowering Ornamental cabbage

I have an ornamental cabbage in my greenhouse it’s western Oregon in February and it’s blooming yellow flowers so what do I do with it when the flowers die off
Unfortunately, the plant will die. Ornamental cabbage/kale is a biannual. They don't live longer than two years and they bloom the second year. If it is pollinated it will set seed and you may be able to start new plants.
Remove the flowers all the way down.
Macs is correct, I have some that are on their second year and will collect the seeds and replant and see what happens! 🌱

Collect any seed if you want to, otherwise just enjoy, it will probably die after that.
