Power washing will clean that stone right up. According to this, it can be painted, and has pics so you can see the before and after https://www.pinterest.com/pin/108649409734483938/?lp=true

Use a pressure washer, but be careful not to damage the grout
I would use a pressure washer but not with too much force as to loosen the mortar.
Carefully pressure wash the outside.
take down stone from window sill up.add cedar shakes or tounge in grove paint your favorite color.try pressure washer for bottom stone
You could pressure wash these, but you could also add paint to various stones to change the look a bit or paint them all!
Pressure washer
I think a good power washing would do wonders. I would also paint the door, window trim and siding black to make it pop.
get yourself a really good power washer to clean the stones etc.... you'll be amazed!!! ;)
A power washer will clean those stones right up, you'll be amazed. I believe you can rent them.
Clean the stone and leave them, it is beautifu. Maybe update the windows to the solid pane roll out ones. Then change the color (white) to a more natural tan or brown, maybe even a dark green.
Power wash the stone, like everyone is saying. Then paint the doors, put up shutters on the windows and doors (if there's room). Since it looks like the house next to you is the same construction, red would be a good color to make your house pop. Putting up a (white) railing on the porch will give it definition. Then plant evergreen plants all around the house and add flowers in the spring. Put matching lights by the front door and on both sides of the garage door. You could also put dimmable recessed lights in the porch cover. Also, in the back, I would look into a vinyl fence if it's in the budget. I hope some of these suggestions work for you. Good luck.
