Try shopping amazon for a bottle tree. Or smash them and make cement tiles with the bottle pieces in-bedded in the cement.
I saw something on Hometalk not too long ago where the homeowner stuck rebar in the ground and put wine bottles upside down at the end. You'd probably want smaller size bottles so they would move in the wind. This is on my to-do list this spring. Of course, any color bottle would work, but size is important.
Get some wooden dowels that will fit into the neck or opening of the bottles. Paint the dowels or leave them plain. Push the dowels into the ground.
I saw on hometalk that someone put the bottles all the way in the ground with the bottom up, a few in a circle in the center and then 7 or 8 of them out from each center one. It looked like a flower when done. I will see if I can find it again.
How about drilling a hole in either the cork or screw off cap and inserting one light bulb per bottle of course, a battery-operated light strand and run along the top of a wooden fence?
You could try turning them upside down and half burying them to use as a border.

I would buy a really nice patio set...and sit down and drink them :)
That part already happened and now I have about 100 wine bottles and don't want to just throw them away.
