Painting over mirrors on dresser drawers.

I want to paint this dresser white and convert it into an entertainment center. Can I spray paint over the mirrors? They are really stuck on and i'm afraid it would do more damage to try and remove them.
Perhaps paint the dresser the color you want, and use glass paint in the same or an accent color for the mirrors.
Why not cover and stick on Fabric or natural placemats, or Textured Wallpaper, then paint it white. It will give a bit of texture to the item........
Contact paper or even wallpaper comes in many unique colors and designs..I would try that...if not...I would paper/tape cover all the mirrors, spray the whole piece white..when dry, take off the paper and you may like the mirror better with the dresser painted white...if not try the first suggestion.
Paint it, see how the mirror looks, if you don't like it, paint it with Acrylic Enamel Paint. Acrylic enamel paints are easy to use and usually do not require heat to set. They are water based, so they dry quickly and harden to create a glossy finish. Brands like FolkArt enamel paint are usable on both glass and ceramic
Spray 1 coat of xim400 primer (spray can, bonding primer), and spray paint your finish. On a surface like glass you really shouldn't brush anything because every single brush stroke will show on such a smooth surface. Just mask off the frames before you start.
In my house, if it doesn't move, it is in peril of being painted! You will want to use 00 steel wool to give the mirror "tooth", then paint that dresser! If you don't like it when you are done, it's only paint....pick another color! I prefer bright colors (teal/purple/lime) but I live in the tropics. Don't be afraid of adding colors to your home. You might be surprised how much you like that brightly painted dresser!
You can use the spray glass paint for a great look too.
