There is some great waterproof flooring that looks like wood grain that would work well. If you are wanting something different, try tile with grout that is waterproof.
Deck wood is preferred, you can also get the fake deck wood.

another easy solution is indoor/outdoor carpet
They make beautiful waterproof floating linoleum floors. We bought ours at Menards and it was worth every penny! I chose a lovely grey plank.
