Is there a sure-fire way to get rid of Creeping Charley?
Use moss killer that has fertilizer in it. The trick is to follow up the use with raking the yard to get the old moss out and give the grass room to get light and water so it will grow.
you have to first apply moss out from Scotts....then you have to follow a regular;ar fertilizing program for a healthy lawn
if it's mixed in with the grass, try aerating the area then heavily seeding with a hearty fescue
Spread Lily Miller Moss Out in the granules and use a lawn spreader to kill the moss. But it will likely come back if you don't improve drainage by using a lawn aerator, and remove the thatch in the grass by using a de-thatching machine, or buy the blade for your mower. You should also use a mower bag to catch the clippings or rake after each mowing.
Eliminate the shade. Where is it?
Sounds like you need to add lime to the soil. This can be doe with a spreader (like for fertilizer). Moss likes shade and acid soil.
