Soup bone grease on carpet

I gave my dog some clean soup bones to my dog to chew on. I have discovered spots on my carpet, I think it is from the bone marrow. I need to know how to clean the spots. Thanks

Try scrubbing with a clean cloth saturated with white vinegar and blue dawn. I have pets and this works on all stains.
Try hot water with a little bit of degreaser (Dawn) and scrub. Rinse well.
First, spray on some Oxygen Orange (Dollar General) best stain remover I've ever seen. Then I like Woolite Spray Foam rug cleaner just spray it on, wait 2 minutes and use a a wet scrub brush. Vacuum when dry. Good Luck!
I use a non-foam spray on carpet cleaner with oxy in it, per directions. Removes everything but you have to work it.
Try dove dish detergent.
