How To Make A Spinning Desk Organizer Photo Calendar Cube – Upcycled

I don't really remember where the inspiration for this project came from. It probably hit me in the middle of the night like most ideas do. :-) Anyway it allowed me to spend some relaxing time cutting and pasting and playing with a few scrapbook supplies all with the bonus of gaining a slightly more organized desk.
I started this project with four empty CD cases some scraps of cardboard and an idea. Like most of my projects this one started with the uncertainty of whether or not the finished product would turn out like the vision in my head. My biggest concern was whether or not it would really spin. Well I am happy to report that it does spin rather well.
I did splurge a little and buy some scrapbook papers and some sticker books.
But everything else I already had on hand. Most likely you do too. :-)
To make the spinning desk organizer you need a few cutting tools and some glue and a few other upcycled items. You can view the whole tutorial here.
