Stencils Challenge - Computer Desk to Creation Station - Part 1

We've had this old computer desk for decades. It did the job when we had the desktop unit, but now with lap tops and tablets, it was an eye sore.
I would like a new craft desk, which is what this evolved into, but couldn't justify the cost. It was definitely time for an upgrade.
The hutch section lifted off of the top. I started to disassemble the components and hardware on it and the base.
Because the whole unit is made of laminate, it's advised to sand and then prime with Zinsser primer only (not paint+ primer) and use a foam roller. So that's what I did. I ended up using three coats of primer, sanding in between all of them.
Then it was on to paint selection. I used a pale gray base from the gallon I'd picked up at the Oops counter last year at Home Depot. That paint has been used on many projects. It looks white in this pic but the other photos show it better.
Now comes the stencils! I wanted a theme of different colors, such as were used on the heavy metal drawers I had done a couple years ago. That came from a combination of stencil letters, themes and lace from my stash and lots of spray paint, which I had already.
This is the printer pullout that was repainted with a lace overlay. It has raised panels that go over the front which had been removed for painting. This pattern is one of my favorites, but gets mostly covered up.
I used a piece of large table cloth I picked up years ago at a thrift store for stenciling the front corners of the desk. There were stains on it so I didn't feel bad about cutting it up.
After reassembling all the pieces I put the backer boards back on. They had been painted too, and made the whole desk so much brighter.

Here is my new "Creation Station"! Both words are made with diamond mesh but the "Station" part needs to be a little darker to show up better.

And here's the final piece. I love it! Now I get to organize all the items and get it back in use. What a transformation.
