So I spotted an accent table at Value Village in Atlanta, GA. I really wanted to turn this drab table into a fab modern and fun piece of furniture. Check out the pics and tutorial video below.

I got this really awesome table for 4 dollars and 4 cents from the Thrift shop!

I got some spray paint from my local hardware store.

First, take off the legs from the table.

Cover up the metal with painters tape and then put the legs back in.
The most important step, I believe is priming. Some spray paint have primers in it but I would go ahead and give it a prime coat so the colors of the spray paint will really pop more.

After its dried, I take my blue spray paint and spray the legs. You don't want to get to close or you'll get drips but you don't want to be to far either.

Next, I measured the height that I want my dipped legs to be. Tape off where you marked  ( with painters tape).

I took my gold metallic paint and spray painted beneath the painter's tape. I used the Rustoleum easy grip spray gun.

And then prime the top of the table.
And when that dried, I took painters tape to create the design that I wanted ( you can do whatever you'd like).
After each coat dries, repeat this step and make sure to cover the areas that you previously painted

I sprayed the first set of triangles blue, then I used gold and yellow for the other triangles to create the geometric design

This project was very simple. It just takes a little freestyling when creating the pattern. Check the video tutorial below and thanks for watching!

This is so cute. I'm going to try this, but I think I'll finish the edge of my table with some washi tape to match the table to and then seal the whole thing.
