Do you have a mundane address marker like this at your place? Small metal numbers hidden behind a tree and not visible at all? What if you’re needing 911 or worse of all a pizza delivery and they can’t find your home? I can help with this super easy address plaque diy.
(I used an old cabinet door)---If you want to paint the board a different color, do that first and dry completely, before moving on to the next step!
Supplies I used.
Cut even width strips of coordinating paper, that will fit around the whole board. Adhere with modpodge and place around edges.  Allow to dry and then apply a second coat and dry completely.
Sand and paint your numbers with acrylic paint.  While those are drying, you can spray or apply sealant to entire board.  Attach the numbers with liquid nail adhesive, once the board is dry.  When numbers are glued down you can tack in place with small nails for extra measure.

Rub antique medium in random places with a small rag or sponge and allow to dry.  Attach the hangers on back and hang!
That's it. A very inexpensive to have the pizza guy know where to drop that pizza off!
