Before and After and After and After....


2009. Bought these chairs at a garage sale for $2 each
2009. Bought this table and chair set for $19.99 which was still a bargain even with the rough green top. You see it fit nicely in my kitchen nook at the time.
Sanded and painted the tabletop, much better!
We bought my dream home in 2010. This table and all the chairs have made the rounds around the house but I think it works best in my small kitchen. This was right after Hubby sanded and stained the top. I liked it, but I don't think the red was doing it any favors.
So..........this is how it currently looks today and I love it!

    Don't you just love great pieces such as your little table that can be worked into most any place you call home? Familiar pieces are what makes it a home for me. I enjoyed your narration also.
