Winded has a window/screen cleaner you hook up to the garden hose. Works great.
Maybe scrub them from outside and then spray them down with hose? IDK

So funny! I just did this a couple weeks ago to a couple of windows until my window washing guy comes in the spring. I just used the garden hose. I like Ann's suggestion. Will add to my shopping list!

I use one of those long-handled car brush, and a hose attachment bottle (old Windex bottle) with cleaner in it, spray with water, then turn knob to soap, use your brush lightly, then rinse well.
