Dracena? What do I do with this? Is it dracena?

It just keeps getting taller and taller..I can’t find anything that matches.
It is growing taller because it's reaching for more light. Try moving it where it will get more light, but not direct sun. Yes, you are right, it is a dracena.
Dracena's are fairly easy houseplants. Be sure not to over water it, let it dry out really well before watering.
If the plant is healthy,you can try cutting it about 1/3 of the way down, then put the cutting in water for a bit and planting it next to the original plant. Medium indirect light is best.
its needs to be re-planted in a taller container
I am wondering why it doesn’t branch out, but just stays like a stalk?
If you cut off the top it will branch. Cut off several pieces, strip off all but 2 leaves, then stick them back in the pot. The original plant will branch and the cuttings will root. Put it by a sunny window but not in direct sunlight.
