You want them to stay flat at sides of windows? Try DIY stores or make your own or buy secondhand on ebay?

We needed to match the shutters we have on the front of our mobile home (to carry the look to the ends and the sides).. I found them at Exteriorsolutions.com and for a reasonable price.... lots of styles to choose from and materials too.
