How do I get a fine spray of paint off of our glass door?

The builder of our new home left a fine spray of paint in a couple places on the outside of our door that opens to the patio. It's too large for my fingernails to scrape it off, and no product is taking it off yet. I don't know what type of paint it is...I think it is paint for the door's exterior.

Get safety razor blades and the holder for them, you can usually find them where the paint supplies and such are at even at places like Walmart, that is usually where we get ours. The razor blade should not scratch the glass at all as long as the blade is clean and undamaged. I also use them on the glass on top of the stove to get off the little bits that are stuck on and don't wash off. Hasn't scratched yet!

If it's glass, I think you could use a razor scraper. They make them for cleaning ceramic cooktops. Your local hardware store should have one.
I've used Krud Kutter on that kind of thing with good results.
