I use E6000. Buy it at Wal mart in craft section. Best ever, they even have outdoor version
That should work. Any weatherproof epoxy type glue for many materials will work- I like E600 or Shoe Goo.
E6000 is my go-to. However, Gorilla Glue (for outdoor) is good too. Be sure to buy the clear drying of both.
