I would use white vinegar and very hot water in a sink and let soak for a while, then take an old toothbrush and scrub them well. This make take a couple of tries, depending on how bad the haze is on your glasses.

I have had this problem and finally learned to hand wash them. Yes, try the white vinegar soak followed by hot water and mild scrubbing. Best of luck to you.
