- Trudion Feb 28, 2018I would use E 6000 glue. I have found that it works with all kinds of material. It does take a little bit of time to dry, so you may want to tape it in place till dry.HelpfulReply

- Dianacirce70on Feb 28, 2018If the back of the trim is flush you can get some two-sided tape. I find the stuff you get in the window kits to work great, its really thin, narrow and strong. I really like E6000 glue, except for the drying time on non-porous items, but it might be difficult to remove if you decide you don't like itHelpfulReply
