If you have not had success with simply peeling it, try a razor blade type window scraper.

You may have to use a window scraper which has a razor blade to remove it.

Heat it first with a heat gun or hair dryer. Then use a razor to scrape it off.

You can try this but make sure you use gloves and eye prot ammonia is very strong!!

Put straight ammonia into the spray bottle, spray it onto the window film and immediately cover the ammonia-wet area with a layer of plastic wrap. After 45 minutes, use a broad-bladed putty knife to remove the film. Make sure that the area is well ventilated and don't forget to use eye protection. Don't attempt the project on a real hot day. If the ammonia evaporates the technique won't work.

If you are referring to plastic film, use a blow dryer. Then gently scrape with a plastic putty knife.

I would recommend a razor scraper over a putty knife, it would probably go faster. Just be careful. Home Depot sells this currently for $3.97

Hello, you can use a blow dryer to heat up the adhesive so it releases easier, then start to gently pull the film off, the adhesive should come with it. If not, you can try to use a plastic scraper and a blow dryer to remove it. Hope this helps
