if it's large enough in diameter, and reasonably level, I'd put a table top on it and use for outdoor entertaining -- but I'd drop it to about 36" so people could eat off it, or use as a 'bar' ...
Birdbath? Just put flat bowl on top.

You could have it turned into a chain saw work of art if there's somebody in your area who does this type of art. It's amazing what I've seen carved into tree stumps or out of tree stumps!
What area of the country are you in? Here in South Florida I have seen beautiful stumps th orchids and bromeliads mounted on them.
I kept one for many years until it rotted and sat a bird feeder on it.
