It is easy and inexpensive to create a beautifully eclectic Tablescape using vintage pieces mixed with new.
Check your local Good Will or other similar stores for those treasures. I found this Cabbage Garden Teapot and it became the inspiration for the table.
I dug through the Good Will silverware box and found these vintage knives ($.29) & searched shelves for these plates ($.49) & crystal flower candlesticks ($1.99). Get creative layering different plates. I used different plates for each setting
This picture shows different plate and bowl usage.
Used cup holder plates to put glass candlesticks on them. Buckets & grass are from Dollar Tree and eggs from Hobby Lobby.
Found tulip sugar bowl, creamer & tulip vase all for under $5. Also looked through glassware and found 2 tulip etched glasses for $.49. Mix glassware with several different styles.
Added greenery to the Tulip Vase for that natural esthetic.
Napkins can either be in holders or laid loosely under plates.
Add greenery around a mirror and add birds or other natural elements
Your table can be beautiful without a lot of expense. You know the saying "one man's (or woman's) trash is another one's treasure". Find those treasures and create a Tablescape that makes your heart happy!
