House is 10 years old. I have tried to get the screens off to clean out lime deposits, but thete is no way that I can see to get them off. The drips are only coming from the faucets. No leaks around handles.

They probably used builders grade faucets which is standard. If that is the case, you just need to replace them

But even ”washerless faucets” have washers that need replacing periodically. From use washers wear and shrink and no longer form a tight bond. If you disassemble handles you can see type washer required. Take to store with you, easy to buy wrong one. Upgrading the faucets is a great idea if budget permits.

Thank you so much for your help. I will try to get to washers and replace. Unfortunately, new faucets not in the budget.

Turn off the water to your faucet before disassembling the handles. When disassembling, remember that you shouldn’t have to force anything. There should be a screw holding handles on. There may be a little cap over the screw that quite often has an “H” or “C” on it for hot & cold. The cap should pop right off. Use containers at each sink to hold the parts of that faucet.

Take pictures with your phone as it comes apart to remember how it goes back. When dealing with every faucet in your house, all that info can get jumbled in your mind if you have never done this before.

Good luck and Yay for no more drips!
