Removing broken threaded PVC female end from metal pulp?

Have a broken females threaded PVC pipe broken off in metal pipe. Any ideas how to remove threaded PVC female end from metal pipe broken flush with metal pipe.

    Try some needle nose pliers, or get the next size down pipe and apply some glue to the broken bit and bond the new piece, then turn the new piece to free both. Make sure you don't slop glue all over, add it sparingly away from the edge.

    My father had a tool he called a "pipe outener" that he used for this. He worked in maintenance/plumbing/electrical for many years.

    Thank you! I just thought about trying the smaller pipe thing but instead of pipe a wood dole idk if the pipe come in a size between 1/2" and 3/4".

    Your dad probably made that tool I know my Dad did stuff like that. I am going to find out if they sell pipe outers it would be perfect. Thank you both so much!
