you can read a ton of suggestions. Mine is...start somewhere ! Choose a favorite picture...hang it in a perfect spot..then keep going..filling in the areas around it like a puzzle. That's how I do it. I just keep looking at it from a few feet away...choose the next, then the next etc. Sometimes you have to replace...but that's the fun of it ! ALL my walls are gallery walls. I not only hang pix..I hang cool things too in between the spaces.

    Hi Heather,

It depends on whether you want them all the same or a mix of sizes and frames. I've don't both types and Itsmemic gave some good suggestions if they are different. If they are all the same, get out your measuring tape and measure the room you have then the pictures. Then put it all together with drawings on paper or cardboard to make sure that you like the fit. I'd also recommend using Command strips just in case you want to move them after you're done. They also take the pressure off you having to do it perfectly the first time. Wishing you the best.

I begin on the floor. Lay out your pictures on the floor to see what you like then transport to the wall.

Buy a roll of cheap newsprint or wrapping paper and cut it out in the size and shape of the area you want to hang. Then place it on the floor and place your pictures on it and move them around until you have an arrangement you love. Then trace around the pictures and hang the paper on the wall. Hammer the picture hangers where they should be and then take the paper down..... then hang!
