Baking soda and vinegar are the best cleaners! Just apply baking soda heavily, with a little dish soap mixed in to make a paste. SPARINGLY add vinegar to it and allow to bubble up. Let it sit a few minutes, then sponge off. This should take off most of it. Another idea is a product called Awesome, and it really is awesome. You can pick up a gallon jug of this at the dollar store cheap!

There’s a great cleaner called “Barkeepers Friend”. Works on many surfaces, including porcelain, and leaves no residue.
