We recently purchased a lovely 65-inch television. The removal of our smaller television left a gaping void in our console that needed to be filled. After giving it some thought, I decided to make a floral arrangement. So I studied some YouTube tutorials on beginner floral arrangements.
This is what I had to work with. Although the television is large, somehow the eyes were always drawn this empty space.
I laid out a variety of flowers for evaluation and creative ideas. Then I went about finding an appropriate container for my arrangement.
I decided on a black ceramic bowl to display my white roses and red/orange peonies. I arranged the flowers with the shorter peonies and roses in the front and the taller greenery in the back. I used short greenery as fillers throughout the arrangement.,
When I was satisfied with the arrangement I placed it in the empty console but something was missing.
With a doily and contrasting bow, my arrangement was ready to be displayed.
I present to you my peony and rose arrangement, my second submission for March. I think it is lovely and serves its purpose well. Please remember: “Don't let the tall weeds cast a shadow on the beautiful flowers in your garden.” - Steve Maraboli

It is lively however I think it's a bit too small for the space. I love you don't want too big but not big enough is a BIG no no.
