I want to redo my chair. Any suggestions?

The chair is a light color suede high back.

By redo do you mean recover?

Hi, Angie! If you go to my projects there are two posts about chair redos. Are you thinking of reupholstering it or more like painting it?

I don’t know what you’re looking for, but if the look is right, clean it and Add “brass” or silver brads along the arms and top of the chair. Bottom apron too if you so choose.
Alternately, or also, very elegant to cover the seat alone in an interesting fabric, like small-figuractive antique carpet or a stripe.

Slipcovers give you more options so you can change your mind later. If you want to do something permanent, reupholstering is the best option
