If the manufacturer advertises some special capabilities you need to contact them. You did not mention if this is a glass or porcelain top. Here is a site with advice on cleaning stove tops:

Is it glass? You can usually clean them by spritzing the cooled off top with water, then sprinkle a light coating of baking soda. Apply a wrung out hot, moist microfiber cloth. Remove it after it cools off, let the mixture dry and then scrub it off You can scrub it off before it dries. Really go light on the baking soda, or you'll be scrubbing the film off for days. A glass scraper can take off any thick spots.

The main trick is letting the spot (presumably food based) get soft by dissolving whatever is in it. If you use plain water, you can let it sit an hour, then come back to it. Rub and check the spot. If you see improvement, then use a fingertip of soda and scrub again. If there is no improvement, you may have burned the surface with very hot grease. First, don’t do that. You are supposed to turn the burners no higher than medium high. And don’t set oil fryers on the stovetop, either. But if you did, use a drop or two of vinegar on each spot. Let it soak in, then add a small pinch of baking soda on top. Wait a minute, then scrub with a soft cloth.

Read all the directions on your Easy Clean top so you can prevent more stains. Best wishes ☺️

I agree. My old gas stove says the same thing, and my very old waterless (stainless steel) cookware, and even the directions for all my cast iron pans. To get the cast iron extremely hot you’re supposed to leave it on the flame longer, not higher. It’s like in a car—the speed dial goes up to 120 or higher, but your car probably wouldnt be controllable at those speeds. ☺️

Try a degreaser like Dollar Tree Awesome Degreaser works great, and sometimes a plastic scraper, and also those round plastic kitchen scrubbies.

try floating a dryer sheet in a thin layer of water on top for a few hours, the dryer flyer is designed to separate molecules one from another. Works great on a pot with stuck on food. Never tried it on stove top but principle is the same

There’s a product that they sell at Home Depot called Cerama Clean works great on electric flat top glass stoves and a razor blade too .

If you dropped sugar and it burned I’m not sure you can get rid of that. They warned me in my book about burning sugar on the stove top.
