Pour apple cider vinegar in your vase and let it sit for an hour or two. Then add uncooked rice and shake the rice around in the vinegar to scrub it clean.
I occasionally clean my vases in the dishwasher when there is extra room. Also you could soak them in salted water (just a little in the bottom) and swish them clean. I've also heard of using dental cleaning tablets or Alka Setzer to soak overnight.
I put a drop of bleach with warm soapy water in mine and then run them through the dishwasher.

It's amazing what you can do with vinager and baking soda. I'd give that a try.
