How can I keep blankets from sliding down the bed?

I have a microfleece blanket over a sheet and it keeps slipping down to the foot end of the bed. Is there anyway I can keep it from doing that?

put a textured blanket (like a lightweight quilt) or woven cotton throw in between the microfiber and sheet.

The lady bugs are starting to show up again in my house on the window facing the north in my kitchen. Is there anyway I can get rid of them before they show up? Not sure if they are hatching or if they have been hiberating in the walls around this particular window.

Not at all sure why the ladybugs are coming in... but they are friendly bugs and munch on aphids all day long.

Not at all sure this will be your answer... but I've always made sure the that top sheet is tucked in and that seems to do the trick to stop the sliding blankets... at least, it used to... until hubby came along... :) He always lifts the corners up and everything comes sliding over to me (who is tucked in). Otherwise... try adding a 'skirt' to the blankets that slip and tuck it in between the mattresses...

I hope it works. It's just an idea. I haven't tried it myself. : )

I have an open weave cotton blanket between my sheet and the microfiber blanket. Mine never slides down!
