How should I insulate my crawl space?

I have a sump pump which broke and was replaced. Crawl space flooded. pea gravel floor. Rim joists has fiberglass insulation nothing on the block walls or floor joists. Electrical wter and air ducts attached to the floor

    You could insulate the ceiling in the crawl space which would be under the flooring in the house. It will help with keeping your home warm in the winter and cooler in the summer. Be sure to get the water and moisture issue handled first. To insulate you can either use the rolls or insulation or foam spray.
