If not treated, the wood will very likely have tiny pests and possibly mold and mildew. It might have nails, too. The wood needs to be under a shelter where you can spread it out for awhile. It may have to be replaned to reveal the good wood and discard the bad wood. It will need to completely dried out if it has been exposed to the weather. And mold and mildew needs to be treated, as well as termites. I think the usual time before recycled wood should be used is between six and twelve months. Best wishes ☺️
