The problem with garden windows is the ability to reach the glass more than a normal window, especially if it is located over a sink. Otherwise there should be no difference in cleaning.
like streaks between the two panes? You can’t. You have to live with it or replace the glass.
If it is streaks between the glass you can call a window installer / company
to come take a look at it, it may be that there is a leak in the seam of the two panes and if that is the problem they can dry the inside and put the gas agent back in and re seal the window and that will stop the streaks.
